I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as modern as shown in the photos but did come with a balcony and nice views. The service was exceptional with receptionists who made me feel right at home. The location on the hill provided great views but was a bit far from the sea. The dining options were limited, and I had to pay for Wi-Fi separately.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with plenty of clean towels and nice views. The air conditioning worked perfectly, just like in the pictures. The staff, especially the receptionists, were brilliant and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haifa. However, the dining options were not included in our rate, and the location, although central in Haifa, was far away from the sea.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was awesome, right on the hill with a view of Haifa, and close to all the sights. However, the dirty toilet was a downside, and it would have been perfect with a proper bathroom on the balcony. I'd still recommend it for the wonderful welcome and service!
